Our neighbor was having their exterior house painted by Fernandez Painting and Pressure Washing. We called to have them come to see what we needed for our house. Christian came and sent an estimate in a very timely matter. We were happy with the estimate that he sent. They contacted us to let us know when they would begin to do our house. Chris and his team came early and we were introduced to everyone. Throughout the process they were very friendly, offered suggestions as to how to make things look better, cleaned up each evening after themselves and even made time each day to pet our dog. After having new black trimmed windows installed, we decided not to have the shutters put back on the house and it was definitely in need of power washing. I requested quotes for a soft wash from a few companies and two of them quoted without even coming out to look at the property. Christian Fernandez was nearby and called me and asked if he could stop and look at it in 10 or 15 minutes. I said sure because I’m not sure how anyone could give and estimate without seeing the condition of the aluminum siding. He showed up as he said he would and looked at the entire house. He explained the ins and outs of pressure washing it and was concerned that it might streak and cause the paint to come off down to bare aluminum. He suggested that painting might be a better option and we thought “oh no. We just spent a fortune on these windows and now he wants to paint it.” He made a great suggestion on the color combination of Sherwin Williams Tricorn Black for the soffit, gutters, doors, door trim, downspouts and soffit with Xtra White for the siding. That sounded fantastic to us but we were still hesitant as to what the cost would be. He sent us a quote that evening and we were pleasantly surprised with the price. In speaking with other people who had recently had their houses painted, they said his quote was very reasonable. Fast forward a couple of months and he called and asked if he could do the washing and masking on a Sunday morning so they could start with the paint work on Monday morning. Well, the best laid plans doing always work out, as the weather “forecasters” were wrong and it ended up raining shortly after they showed up. They spent the morning doing prep work and also put a coat of clear on a fence that we had put up last fall. They showed up early on Tuesday morning and went right to work. I was very impressed with how they took the time to move things that we didn’t think were in the way and to put drop cloths down were needed and even put cardboard on the edge of the roof, over the top of the gutters, as to not get any overspray there. They were also very willing to do make a few changes that we wanted done. The finished all of the spraying on Tuesday and came back on Wednesday to do some touch-up work and put stuff back, even the stuff that we had initially moved. Several people stopped by to say how great it looked and I know a few took down his number. I highly recommend Fernandez Power Washing and Painting. Christian and his other crew members were so courteous and respectful and took the time to explain the process both ahead of time and as they were painting. Fernandez Painting and Pressure Washing did an amazing job. They pressure washed our driveway, fence, deck and house and painted our deck and house. Fernandez painting did an amazing job repainting the exterior of our home. They worked quickly but produced high quality results. Christian and his team were personable and kind. Hired Christian and his team for the interior painting of a 16 unit multi family project and they did a spectacular job. They were efficient and clean, and when my schedule needed to be accelerated they put extra workers and time into the project so that I could meet my deadline. I called and spoke to Christian about having our deck power washed. He came to our house a couple of hours later and gave us a reasonable quote for this work. The next day Christian and employee Mark gave us their Saturday morning and completed their job in a professional and efficient manner. Our 35 year-old deck now looks brand new. I will not hesitate to contact this company in the near future to have some indoor painting completed.
